Aww poor girl! Just a heads up that some kids who react badly to misquito's have allergies to bee stings and can react pretty badly. I hope she feels better soon. Stopping by from Supahs!

Ouch that's one heck of a bite!
OMG that happened to TZ last year on his eye and we called him Sloth too!

My kids get really affected by skito's so I make sure I douse them with OFF -- my PED said some kids just have a bigger reaction.

TZ got bit on the leg and it's swollen up like a goose egg. We just watch it and give him benedryl but that was from him running outside in the yard late on Father's Day - we didn't plan on being outside but he went for 5 minutes on the swing and voila he now has a bite.

My one vent of summer but hey I do try to get the OFF on and somedays it just aint happening!

@ Wendy my backyard is CRAZY w/ them. We just got a zapper and tiki torches, sprayed the grass and have off but my yard is like the twilight zone or something. When I slapped the one that bit her it was so big it was like swattin a fly

That is a nasty bug bite from a mosquito! If you had not seen it I would have assumed it was something much larger! Yikes!
What kind of snake? Is he killer?
crisc23 said…
@ Tiffany, He's a Michigan Garner snake. My step son named him killer after he put him in the tank he was collecting toads in. Before he knew it the snake ate 3 and earned his name =)
