There are many other forms of therapy that can help you during pregnancy including: acupuncture, aroma therapy, hypnotherapy, osteopathy and the Bowen and Alexander techniques.  Anyone who has a high risk pregnancy should check with their obstetrician before beginning any type of therapy.
