MAANGE Eyelashes

HomeSchooling Week 1 Day 2

This weeks:

Letter-A
Color-Blue
Shape-Circle

Our Curriculum for week 1 (Day 2)

We start w/ "circle time". Everyday Heaven walks into class and sits on the carpet. We then choose a song to sing ( she picks I Love you By Barney and Row Your Boat)

After we sing our songs we walk to the window and check the weather

After the weather we do our calendar

This week our letter is A so we added a flower to our vine

We then sing the ABC song

and count to 10

At this point she needs to shake the silly out so we go through the Preschool Assessment Test

The list has counting, exercises, colors, shapes and body parts
At the end of the test we name the animals in the window and say their color

TODAY'S ACTIVITIES

COUNTING MARSHMALLOWS
PAINTING PICTURE USING BLUE PAINT
GLUE THE PICTURES ON THE PAPER FOR LETTER A
PLAY W/ BLUE WATER BALLS

When her work is finished it goes into her weekly folder

I'm new to this so over time it will only improve. So far it has been going great and it's really helping Heaven w/ her self control issues. I'm amazed at how fast she learning.

Nice!! I tried homeschooling once but our district told me that I could not do it, that my girls had to go to a regular school. I am happy to see that you are able to do it, and it looks so fun :)

I am so very sorry. I didn't mean to delete anyone following the rules. Please forgive me.~Traci
I think this is a wonderful idea! I have been trying to do a little home pre-schooling myself, but honestly I am having a hard time staying on track and finding different lesson plans/activities. Is there a particular website that you get your plans from?
